# 財政部電子發票MIG規範

* 財政部已修訂《統一發票使用辦法》，各區國稅局並於近期陸續針對「更新至 MIG 4.1 及 Turnkey3.2 要求」、「未據實上傳」、「未依時限上傳」等情況，寄發公文通知營業人回覆更新時間或進行說明查核。
* **何時應該升級「Turnkey 3.2版」？**
  * Turnkey<mark style="color:red;">3.1</mark>版本可使用至<mark style="color:red;">114/12/31止</mark>。
* **升級Turnkey**<mark style="color:blue;">**3.2**</mark>**版本、切換MIG 4.1 操作步驟：**

  * 1.請先確認MIG 4.0之前的電子發票XML皆已成功上傳。\
    &#x20; （避免造成歷史資料格式不一致或重傳問題）
  * 2.升級Turnkey<mark style="color:blue;">3.2</mark>版本、設定「來源訊息版本」為V4.1。      &#x20;

  * 4.【電子發票上傳及列印中繼程式】請更新v25.20.X.X以上，並將「電子發票資料交換格式MIG」設定為4.1。

* **如何避免「未據實上傳」？**

  * 於【[公司](/winton-clouderp/ji-ben-zi-liao/gong-tong-she-ding/gong-si.md)的「公司名稱」、「統一編號」資料，請依[稅籍登記資料公示查詢](https://www.etax.nat.gov.tw/etwmain/etw113w1/ban/query)內容輸入，確保資料一致（若公司名稱使有罕用字，也必須完全與稅籍登記名稱相符！）

  * 部分強勢買方要求供應商於指定的第三方平台登打發票並上傳電子發票資料，應於[客戶](/winton-clouderp/ji-ben-zi-liao/ji-ben-zi-liao/ke-hu.md)將此買方用戶勾選「電子發票資料不上傳」，避免第三方平台與MERP系統同時產生XML後上傳相同的發票資料。
