# 期末調匯作業

### 【操作步驟】

1. 【會計項目】：針對需要調匯的會計項目勾選「調匯項目」，並設定此項目的「匯兌

   損益」、以及對應期末調匯作業的「傳票相關設定」調匯會計項目。
2. 【傳票輸入作業】：輸入平時外幣會計項目傳票分錄。
3. 【期末調匯作業】：月底或年底時，可利用此作業輸入調匯日期、選擇作業項目（查詢、建立、刪除）、調匯統計方式及產生調匯傳票、迴轉調整傳票的相關設定。

### 【欄位說明】

* **建立：**&#x63D0;供自動產生依「會計項目」、「會計項目＋部門」、「會計項目＋部門＋專案」的期末調匯相關傳票。

同一天若重覆執行，系統會先刪除原本產生的傳票後，再重新建立產生。

* **查詢：**&#x63D0;供查詢經由此作業產生的期末調匯傳票。
* **刪除：**&#x63D0;供刪除由此作業產生的調匯傳票及迴轉調匯傳票分錄。
